Mr. Sheridan has been involved in the environmental consulting industry for more than 34 years. During this time he has gained extensive experience in all areas of asbestos, lead and mold inspection, evaluation and remediation responses. Mr. Sheridan has performed Phase I/II site assessments, sub-surface investigations, and site characterizations. Expertise in air quality/microbial investigations and industrial hygiene services has been established through extensive field study and technical application.

During Mr. Sheridan’s tenure at a Long Island based catastrophe response firm, he responded to Ground Zero and coordinated a remediation team of 400 to clean and remove contaminates from affected buildings in the area.

Mr. Sheridan presently manages the day-to-day administrative, technical and field operations of Absolutely Clean Environmental, Inc. (ACE) which he established in 2003. ACE provides consulting, industrial hygiene, and environmental sampling services to the health care industry, financial institutions, construction management firms and real estate development companies.
