ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENTS

Phase I – Environmental Site Assessment

Phase I environmental assessments are accomplished in strict compliance with most recent ASTM and USEPA standards to identify potential environmental liabilities for property acquisitions and for due diligence purposes when re-financing a portfolio property. Absolutely Clean Environment, Inc. ascertains and reviews the following data.

The data is summarized within a final report with recommendations accessing potential environmental liabilities from either on-site or off-site sources and estimates for additional testing and/or remediation if applicable.

Phase II – Site Assessment (Sub-Surface Investigation – Site Characterization)

Absolutely Clean Environment, Inc. performs Phase II environmental site assessments in compliance with ASTM and local agency standards. Phase II assessments are performed to ascertain the extent and source of sub-surface contamination along with the potential contaminant sinks. Sampling protocols and analysis requirements are implemented based upon current and/or past usage of the subject site and regulatory requirements.

Samples are collected utilizing peristaltic pumps, bailers, direct push geo-probe and/or hand augers. In addition, ACE can coordinate the installation of permanent groundwater monitoring wells as required by a remediation response and post remediation monitoring requirements.
